Rickreall Farm Supply Parts Return Policy
Occasionally, there may be a need or reason to return a part. We do authorize returns, if the item qualifies. Here is a general list of criteria for returning a part:
- You may return qualifying parts within 30 days of purchase from us.
- Parts that have been installed, opened kits, electrical parts, and manuals are not returnable.
- Parts must be returned in their original packaging and be in resalable condition.
- Parts returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and return freight charges may be added.
- NO returns on any special order or electrical parts. Please be careful before you order electrical parts. We have no way to know if you are using the electrical item for troubleshooting and we can't test if the item was damaged or not while you had it. Please double check before you order any electrical items.
- For online parts sales, please call our parts department at 503-623-2365 and request a return authorization number from a representative. Please allow a few days for a refund from an online part return once we receive and process the return.
- Return authorizations for online parts are valid for 14 days. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Representatives are available Monday through Friday if you have questions on returns during regular business hours.
